Silvina Cox is a registered dietitian and nutritionist with over 30 years of experience as a
nutrition professional in clinical, outpatient and private practice settings. She provides a weight-inclusive, whole-person approach, empowering clients to find a sustainable lifestyle that leads to their best health and wellbeing.
Silvina integrates the latest best practices in nutrition, behavioral health, and integrative health sciences into her work. Her practice is guided by the principles of intuitive eating, mindful eating,and Health at Every Size (HAES)®. Jonathan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) who earned his Master of Clinical Psychology at Notre Dame de Namur University.
