Every evening, clients set aside approximately half an hour to reflect on the lessons of the day, and share in a group session any experiences that feel poignant to discuss, and most importantly to express gratitude for the daily events that transpired and the ability to master new tools in order to function as positively as possible, and transition in a healthy manner to live life fully and productively.
