The Conejo Valley is one of the more affluent and well-resourced areas in Ventura and Los Angeles counties.

And yet, access to comprehensive, high-quality mental health treatment remains a gap for many residents. Private practice therapists often have long waitlists, and the area lacks facilities equipped to handle moderate-to-severe mental health conditions across multiple levels of care.

The Meadowglade is located in Moorpark, directly adjacent to the Conejo Valley, and offers the full range of mental health services that this community needs, all within a few miles of home.

Our Levels of Care

The Meadowglade provides a complete range of mental health treatment programs designed to meet clients where they are and support them as their needs change.

Levels of care include:

Residential Mental Health Treatment

Immersive, 24/7 care on our private 24-acre estate in Moorpark. Residential treatment is appropriate for individuals who need a structured, therapeutic environment to stabilize and do focused clinical work away from daily stressors.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Intensive, structured day programming that provides the clinical depth of inpatient care without an overnight stay. A strong option for those stepping down from residential or who need more support than standard outpatient provides.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Consistent therapeutic programming designed to fit around work, school, or family commitments. IOP allows clients to maintain their daily responsibilities while receiving meaningful clinical support.

Outpatient Treatment

Individual therapy, psychiatric care, and ongoing support for clients in longer-term recovery or transitioning from a higher level of care.

Supportive Housing

Structured transitional living for clients who need a stable, supportive environment while continuing outpatient treatment.
