The Meadowglade is an in-network option for many people with Cigna Healthcare plans through the Evernorth Behavioral Health network. In-network care is available for our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
In-Network Coverage at The Meadowglade
The Meadowglade is an in-network provider with Evernorth Behavioral Health for PHP and IOP services. Evernorth administers behavioral health benefits for many Cigna Healthcare plans, which means individuals with eligible Cigna plans may be able to receive in-network care at The Meadowglade.
Coverage depends on your specific plan, medical necessity and any authorization requirements. Our admissions team can verify your benefits directly and explain what information we receive from your plan.
Please note: Our in-network agreement with Evernorth applies to PHP and IOP. Residential treatment is not included in this in-network agreement, although some Cigna plans may provide out-of-network residential benefits.

The Meadowglade’s in-network agreement with Evernorth Behavioral Health applies to the following outpatient programs:
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our PHP provides structured, full-day mental health treatment without an overnight stay. It may be appropriate for adults who need substantial clinical support while living at home or in supportive housing.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our IOP provides structured mental health treatment on a part-time schedule, allowing clients to receive ongoing support while maintaining greater independence in their daily lives.
Admission and insurance coverage depend on each person’s clinical needs, plan benefits and authorization requirements.

What About Residential Treatment?
The Meadowglade also offers residential mental health treatment, but residential care is not included in our in-network agreement with Evernorth. Some Cigna plans may include out-of-network residential benefits. Our admissions team can check your plan and explain the options available to you.

How Much Will My Mental Health Treatment Cost With Cigna Insurance?
Your out-of-pocket costs for mental health treatment with Cigna will depend on the details of your individual plan, including:
- Whether your plan uses the Evernorth Behavioral Health network
- Your deductible, copay or coinsurance
- Whether you have met your annual deductible or out-of-pocket maximum
- The level of care authorized as medically necessary
